It was during Sunday gatherings at his Nonna Yolanda’s home that his passion first took root—drawn to the aromas and the quiet artistry of Italian cooking. Around that table, food became a memory: a place where family gathered, and where even the simplest moments—like cousins arguing over the last spoon of sugo—carried meaning, because Nonna made it so well.
By age sixteen, Andrew entered the workforce as a dishwasher in a small, vibrant Italian restaurant, quickly realizing the kitchen was where he belonged. Two decades later, that early passion for food has evolved far beyond cooking. He has built a reputation for designing, building, and refining commercial kitchens, while mentoring the next generation of talent and navigating the ever-evolving rhythm of the hospitality world.
Andrew has played an integral role in shaping Montreal’s modern supper club scene, helping redefine the experience for a new generation. Known for delivering simple yet high-quality cuisine within high-volume, high-energy environments, he has mastered the balance between creativity and execution—something few achieve at this level.
